To receive the benefits of any Martorell Group membership, you must be enrolled in the monthly direct debit payment system, and your account must be current — without exception.
• Membership Exclusions: Membership discounts do not apply to the sale of companies registered in the USA, nor to corporate visa cases in the United States.
• Corporate Memberships: Subscribing to a corporate membership (Elite, Business, or Platinum) includes a personal PLUS membership (valued at $9.99), exclusively for the owner(s) of the company.
• ITIN Benefit: If a business owner requires an ITIN, the included personal PLUS membership will be sufficient (except in the case of the PREMIER membership).
• Non-Transferability: Personal memberships are not transferable to spouses, children, or family members. If they wish to receive benefits (including ITIN services, use of the Martorell Office address for ITIN, tax returns, bank account openings in the USA, and mail reception in the USA), they must subscribe to their own personal membership.
• Exclusive Benefit: The personal PLUS membership included in corporate memberships applies only to the business owner(s) — not to their spouses, family members, or friends.
